Don’t bite off more than you can chew

Do you ever find yourself taking on more projects than you can handle? There are always so many things I want to do. I need to take a vacation to stay at home and play.

I want to make lap quilts for my kids for Christmas and master how to machine quilt. I have really cute fabric that looks like paper dolls for a project for Addi. I have camo material to make JD and Wes an apron. I purchased another beginning knitting book to try to learn knitting. I still enjoy making crocheted wash cloths. I have started making tea towels with quilting and embroidery for gifts and have fabric to make two purses. I just ordered a retro apron pattern from http://patternbabe.etsy.com/ so that will be fun.

Now, I haven’t mentioned making berry jelly, pillows for the couch, making work clothes for me or painting the house. You think maybe I bit off more than I can . . . nawwwww.

You ALWAYS bite off alot but your the only woman I know that can conquer it all! I used to love to sew and make stuff but I guess I just quit finding the time. Seems you and I are the only 2 in our fam that likes to sew. I can’t get my girls to sew on a button! lol
